A 3 Day Outdoor Summer Festival of Vineyard Columbus
Set-Up Team: Gather, load and unload everything needed for the festival from the church to the campground. (must be available during the day Thursday)
Registration Team: Serve by staffing the registration counter at JH & VC services to answer questions, register attendees, etc.
Construction/Grounds Team: Serve by setting up the tents and general grounds
Signage Team: Serve by placing all directional/travel signs which will mark the way to Breathe. Truck required. (must be available to place signs before 2pm on Friday and remove them Sunday afternoon.)
Fire Starters: Start and maintain bonfires nightly at the Gathering Ground
Registration Team: Serve by staffing the registration tent on-site at Breathe to answer questions, register attendees, etc.
Parking Team: Serve by developing and executing a parking plan to ensure optimal traffic flow at the festival (must be available Friday from 2-8pm)
Hospitality Team: Serve by hosting and providing meals/snacks for the speakers and festival staff
Photography Team/Video Team: Serve by capturing the festival on film (Must have own equipment)
Trash Team / Recycling Team: serve at by doing daily trash sweeps through the campground as well as a final sweep of the grounds on Sunday afternoon
Offering Team: Serve by coordinating, collecting and counting the missions offering following the Saturday evening session (at least 2 VCC members required to count)
Communion Team: Prepare/serve communion during the Sunday morning session
Coffee Team: Serve at the festival by ensuring all campers have ready access to caffeine
Tear Down Team: Gather, load and unload everything needed for the festival from the campground back to VC (must be available Sunday afternoon)
